Refund policy

Every Mouthy Mule item is printed to order just for you, so we can't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or wrong size. Please check the size guide before ordering. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund. Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase, before they go to print.
